Obituary of Arleen Behrens

BEHRENS - Arleen Weber “Arch” 72, who worked in the medical technology field for more than 50 years, passed away on September 13, 2018. Arch is survived by Kirk Behrens, her husband of 52 years. She is also survived by her children Renee (Michael) Jamison and Daniel Behrens; and her brother George (Pat) Weber. Arch was a clinical laboratory technologist at Roswell Park.As a textile artist, she created Hybrid Revivals, which is wearable art. She frequently displayed her work at craft shows in Western New York. She also was a member and past president of the Buffalo Knitting Guild. Arch was a parishioner at the Clarence Presbyterian Church, founder of its annual Potato Pancake Supper, and active in the “You Gotta Have Art Festival.” SHEPARD BROS. FUNERAL HOME, LLC in Clarence Hollow (10690 Main Street) is holding a visitation on September 21st from 6-8 pm.
